Olli has had beef with the 'hue' system in his own apartment, and it emerges that both Jonis and Olli have had heated experiences with parking wardens. Martin is finally, finally back from a long-awaited vacation, and is ready for this week's episode! The vacation presented several unforeseen events, including a woman suggesting to drug his daughter with Valium on the plane, and not least a solid hotel scam. In addition, Martin has had his very first senior moment, in the encounter between tequila and his mobile phone - something that perhaps hit Alexander Rybak the hardest. Martin has also been genuinely impressed by Marcus and Martinus, and simply believes these guys will be his soundtrack for 2026. And last, but not least, Martin asks himself the question: isn't a clearly visible butt crack just a sign of dedication?

Helene brings big news in today's episode, after a tearful breakdown. Follestad has learned a new concept, and we try to find out who lives longest. In addition, it's been several months since Mads' dressing was in the studio, so we have to do a new smell test. Produced by Ole Wold

Martin has also sent another travel dispatch, but Jonis and Olli are a bit unsure how credible the story actually is. Jonis tells about the time he tried to get an emergency passport he could use as ID on the town - and how the passport situation escalated until he was eventually semi-wanted by Interpol. Fuck, marry, kill is back, and this time it's familiar and beloved household objects that get put through their paces. Wednesday and the block! Martin has recently discovered that people are using photos they take with him as their profile picture on dating apps, and wonders if single people consider that sexy? Martin started saying "slay" as a joke, but now he says it unironically when, for example, there's a special offer on tortillas. In addition, he talks about what his 'russetid' (graduation celebration period) was like back in the days - and that the wild partying and intoxication were possibly his favorite things about it. Martin also shares his most embarrassing stand-up story, and finally, he calls fellow comedian Martha Leivestad to hear what her New Year's resolutions are.

The water is out at Helene's, and Mads received compliments for his body while he was training. In addition, there will be some fun with the gang in the Kokkelimonke segment, and we'll touch upon World War III in our voicemail. It may have taken a year, but Martin's good friend Henrik is finally visiting. He will soon be performing his solo show " _All the Feelings_ ", and together they talk about how to handle criticism and what it's like for Henrik to work closely with his fiancée, Vera. Henrik also participates in " _The Guardian_ " this season, which he describes as a hybrid between _The Game_ and _71° North_ – in other words: Martin's worst nightmare.

Olli and super substitute Jonis are back in the studio to give you the ultimate weekend feeling! The beta males have received yet another travel letter from Martin, and are slightly more pleased with this one than the previous. In 'The Weekend Feeling', the guys surprise with a freestyle tap session from another world - quite simply a certified hood banger. Olli and Jonis also give some extra attention to the legend behind the subtitles in Lars Berrum's new program Tabu, and Shaman Durek may have ruined all Jonis' chances of ever entering the royal family. Jonis also shares a tip he has learned in case one were to get an erection in an unfortunate situation. In addition, he recounts possibly the most illegal thing he has ever done, and worries about what consequences this might have - now, 13 years later. When Martin calls Sigrid Bonde Tusvik to ask about her New Year's resolutions, he instead gets an earful for choosing to spend parts of his paternal leave in Thailand - so much so that Sigrid considers writing an op-ed. Martin also explains his favorite game, "15 counts," and strongly recommends that everyone plays a little more.

It all went wrong for Follestad when he was going to the VG building, for he is, after all, in the green shift - which has its challenges. Mads shares an experience from a public shower while he was in London, and Jon Martin is getting a 7-seater and a personalized license plate. Martin confronts Anine with their first meeting at Syng in 2022, a moment she had actually hoped he had forgotten. Anine says that she has been concerned with justice ever since childhood, and admits that her commitment can sometimes get a bit out of hand. Together, she and Martin talk about the differences between female and male comedians, and why the word *feminism* can seem frightening to boys.

Martin has run off to Thailand, and Olli has none other than comedian Jonis Josef with him to give you the ultimate weekend feeling! The boys wonder if we've all actually just been gaslighted into believing Haaland is handsome? Jonis introduces a brand new segment, "Jonis' Corner," which takes the betas into topics like 6-7, the Mannequin Challenge, and not least the forgotten art form of flashmob. He also shares an iconic moment from the Dønnum couple's football school at Christmas. Olli, for his part, has become a hardcore gamer and spent 40 hours in recent days on a game he praises in "This Week's Beer" - and not least, the betas deliver a radio play that's completely on the edge. Martin has seen statistics showing that we Norwegians drink less champagne because we simply celebrate less, and therefore wishes for a 2026 with more toasting, skipping, and champagne. Martin is in the brand new season of Helt perfekt, and can reveal how the filming for the series actually takes place. In addition, he talks about the pressure he felt when he was going to act side by side with some of Norway's best actors. To his great delight, Martin has been asked what the very best way is to tell one's partner that one is pregnant, and admits that he is envious of women who get to do this for their partners. And not least, Martin concludes by calling comedian colleague Lisa Tønne to hear what her New Year's resolutions are.

We are fully back, but we are missing Erik Follestad who is still at the cabin. But no worries, we'll call and wake him up. And he offers the best New Year's resolution ever.
