Martin is back in the studio for this week's Blokka! Since last time, he has followed the spectacle surrounding Gyda Oddekalv's democracy app, which features both a paywall and gambling. Even more surprisingly, he finds it that Gyda isn't crying in her explanation video on Instagram. Martin and Maren had a romantic, child-free hotel night that was supposed to culminate in a restaurant visit, but ended with a mediocre dinner at a 70% closed restaurant. In addition, Martin has felt a brutal FOMO – the kind where “everyone in the group is going to Tusenfryd except you”. And in their segment, Martin talks about everything from butt tickling, to how to tell someone you like them, and a bit about spicy food.

Former Minister of Justice Emilie Enger Mehl is visiting Martin. She was elected to the Storting (Norwegian Parliament) at the age of 24, and talks about the transition from having worked full-time in politics for eight years to now being at a life stage where she has to make big and important choices for the future. Emilie also shares her experiences from "Skal vi danse" (the Norwegian version of "Strictly Come Dancing"), and how she, who is usually composed and calm, was surprised by her own nerves. What is actually most tacky – personalized license plates or a trip to a strip club in Drammen? Jørgen, Helene's husband, has at least done one of them. Substitute Espen is fascinated by Taliban PR, and it's ranked who in the group would have done best on the OnlyFans market.

Comedian Odd-Magnus Williamson - also known as Odda - is Martin's guest today! Odda is a versatile guy who has been involved in comedy, screenwriting, film, and books - in addition to what Martin calls "real" acting. He says he lives a life with the goal of disproving the theory of Albert Åberg's father: that you can't have a birthday every day.Martin has long pondered whether Odda is the optimal man - soft and good with emotions, yet tough and hard with a motorcycle. Additionally, Martin wonders if the Andrew Tate macho culture is really just to eliminate men like him. Has he lost his macho side? Martin innrømmer glede over Oskar Westerlins Sveits-rykte, som var feil. Etter kjeft fra Pia Tjelta har Martin sett Se meg og anmelder den. Han synes Julian Ryersons sveis ble litt mye.

Finally, a new season has started, and the first guest is Espen Abrahamsen. Espen has played ice hockey at the top level since he was 16, and in an honest conversation with Ida, he tells how the pursuit of being the best, combined with a comment from a coach, became the start of a life marked by eating disorders. In the conversation, Espen honestly shares how the illness has affected him in his youth and into adulthood. About the all-consuming need for control, and what it was like to stand in this alone, while being in the middle of a macho ice hockey environment. He also talks about love, about the relationship that ended, but found its way back, and how she has been his most important support in the illness.
