Rødt-politiker Mímir Kristjánsson krangler på Facebook og sender fyllemelding til Staysman. Det forklarer kanskje hvorfor han nylig hadde 100 hvite dager? Og hvorfor er han, som er glad i å drikke, så opptatt av at barene ikke skal være åpne 24/7? Mímir ser ikke akkurat lyst på livet, men opplever deler av det politiske livet som en veldig god og spennende rus.

Martin believes he's going to a workshop with Olli after work, but Olli has completely different plans for the evening. To sensitive men with hoarse voices meet in the studio when Martin is visited by the rapper Tyr. Martin has long wondered if rappers actually live the life they rap about – with bitches, drugs and that stuff. Tyr shares openly about periods marked by drugs and hard partying, and how he surprisingly has found out that he is actually a morning person. You also get to hear Martin put all shame aside when he performs his very own rap lyrics for Tyr. It goes as it goes.

Martin thinks the "free the nipple" movement is a good thing, but has some reservations. He also expresses disappointment with his group of friends, who, after a near accident, are suddenly nervous about riding with him in the car. We also get an update on Olli's scooter, and a new date is planned, this time with Lars, who is looking for a nice guy.
