Previously she was a bilingual reporter for the BBC World Service, television anchor, desk editor, and producer. Her reporting largely focused on human rights. He is also Charles Taylor Chair and Professor of Integrated Science & Humanities at Hampshire College, Amherst, Massachusetts. He holds a Ph.D. in astronomy and is a member of the Five College Astronomy Department (FCAD), but his research is inter-disciplinary and it focuses on analyzing how science interacts with society. Science communication is still his primary focus: Salman has a YouTube Channel (Kainaat Astronomy) for Urdu videos and a weekly astronomy segment in English for a radio station in Western Massachusetts. Through Kainaat Studios, he also produces astronomy content in Urdu specially aimed at kids in Pakistan. It takes 5 years to train ONE Doctor through a rigorous residency program. Since this is a medical emergency Bilal work in collaboration with international organizations to provide Doctors in Pakistan with the required emergency expertise within a short period of time.  Bilal have been working in the Emergency Department at the Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) in the capacity of a Program Associate for various Emergency Medicine education programs.  Along with being a fulltime Doctor Bilal also work as a photojournalist and writer.
